Overview
The EverSolo DAC-Z8 is a digital-to-analogue converter and headphone amplifier using an ESS Sabre ES9038Pro DAC and XMOS XU316 processor. It supports native DSD512 and PCM decoding up to 32-bit/768 kHz.
A 6.35 mm single-ended headphone output is specified for 16 to 300-ohm headphones. The design also includes eight OPA1612 I/V operational amplifiers, dual low-jitter clock oscillators, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3-inch LCD with VU-meter modes and mobile app control.
