Overview
The 3Dio FS is a binaural microphone for ASMR, field recording, virtual-reality audio and studio work. Human-shaped silicone ears and integrated capsules capture directional cues that create a three-dimensional effect when recordings are heard through headphones.
The microphone provides a 3.5 mm stereo TRS unbalanced mic-level output and uses a 9 V battery. A switchable 160 Hz bass roll-off helps manage low-frequency noise, while a removable 5/8-inch stand adapter and 1/4-inch-20 thread support different mounting arrangements.
